Lillian Schafer passed away peacefully at home on August 6, 2023; she was 99. Beloved mother of Nancy and Vahn, Harris and Rita, and Marshall and Ilene. Grandmother of Jonah, Arielle, Alex, Alyssa, Jenna, and Matthew. Great-grandmother of Amelia and Adaline Sachar, and Flora and Asa Winchell. Born in Brooklyn, she resided in Woodmere. Graveside service on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, 1:00 pm at Beth David Cemetery-- Elmont, NY. Please gather in front of the cemetery office.
